Resolve Maritime Academy Reopening

Aligning with Broward County reopening guidelines, the Resolve Maritime Academy is resuming classes at our new location – 1510 SE 17^th Street, 3^rd Floor, Fort Lauderdale, Florida (2 buildings west of our previous location).  Phone numbers, emails, and web addresses have not changed but we have many other exciting changes in the works all designed to enhance the student experience.  As we begin reopening, the Academy is actively enforcing Social Distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19.  The following restrictions are in place:

1. Maintain 6’ distance from staff, instructors, and other students.  Classroom sizes have been increased enabling students to maintain distance.
2. All Visitors are required to wear a face mask to enter and attend classroom training.  If students choose to remove their masks while in their classroom seats, they may do so.  Classroom seating allows for 6’ distance between students.
3. Students must bring a mask with them, the Academy will not provide masks (students without masks will not be allowed to take classes and will have to reschedule for a later date)
4. Each student’s temperature will be taken each time they enter Academy (going out for breaks, etc)
5. Staff and students should wash their hands frequently for 20 seconds or more throughout the day
