Personal Survival Techniques Revalidation

This course will allow the students to demonstrate the skills needed to revalidate their STCW 2010 Certification and continue to be able to prevent accidents, injuries, and harm to our environment; function safely and harmoniously in the chain of command; and in case of a fire emergency, react in the correct manner.

Students taking this course MUST show a valid STCW certification within the last 5 years, and has maintained at least 1 year (360 days) sea service with continuing training during the sea service period. To pass this course students must be present and complete practical demonstrations.
