Nova Southeastern University’s Institute for Disaster and Emergency Preparedness HAZWOPER Revalidation Training with Certificate awarded upon completion of this 8-hour course:

  • Learn how to recognize, react, and protect yourself from chemical hazards in the workplace
  • Virtual training requires access to webcam & microphone
  • Course satisfies refresher requirements
  • Certificate awarded upon completion of course
  • Approved by the National Educational Institute of NCBFAA,
  • Earn up to 7 continuing education/contact hours  (CCS/CES/MES)
  • Satisfies OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(i), 49 CFR 172.700(c) and 172.704(a)(5)(b), and EPA 40 CFR (311.1).

Each Participant must Attend both days to Receive Certificate


  • SEAMIST Awareness –  English – April 6th & 7th 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • SEAMIST Awareness – Spanish – April 14th & 15th 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
  • SEAMIST Awareness – English – 21st & 22nd 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
